"I appreciated that they were able to schedule a Saturday time slot for the initial consult. The estimate was prepared and sent to me very soon afterwards. The work was completed in a shorter amount of time than expected (about 2-3 hours) and our basement was left very neat and tidy. A county inspector came by during the removal and said that the quality of work was above average. The pair of workers didn't both show up at the time they were expected, but while waiting, one of them prepped the area for work and even helped shovel some snow from around my house. Working with the front office on paperwork, payment, and logistics has been very efficient. We declined the independent air monitoring (would have been an extra $300) because the job was so small. A little sticker shock on the price, but then again, I'm a new homeowner--sticker shock happens a lot."
