"We enjoyed talking to Michael, the salesman, who measured everything and gave us a clear idea of what the process would entail. The quote he submitted via e-mail was detailed and included a rendering of the work. We then spoke with Jonathan, the crew chief. He was friendly and comprehensive and answered all our questions, so we knew how the process would go and what to expect when it was over. The job took one day, from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The crew (four men, I believe) worked steadily, quietly and meticulously until dusk to finish. They first had to dig up the bricks of the old walkway and patio -- we asked them to set those aside rather than disposing of them, which they did -- and dig up and haul off the broken concrete of the damaged parking pad. They then spread the new concrete carefully and cleaned up thoroughly. Jonathan returned on the second day to seal the stamped border, walk the project with us and answer a few last questions. We would definitely hire them again for a similar project."

They were helpful in our color selection and up front about pricing. When the project was to begin, a rain storm came through and they rescheduled for the nearest clear day. The day work began they were prompt and got right to work. The job was completed as scheduled, and they came back as needed to finish the concrete work and the yard clean-up.
