"After having serious flood damage to the mansion in 2019, our project Manager introduced us to Dan and Earthon Concepts. The mansion is a very large house and needed serious structure work. Dan came in and was able to do the extensive work in the basement which including building a strong steel frame to secure the three-story 12,000 sq. ft. home so it could stand tall for another 100 yrs. The next project he took on was to rebuild the elaborate main porch, matching the design and workmanship done over a hundred and fifty-five years ago which he was able to do flawlessly. He and his crew have fantastic personalities and were a lot of fun to have here and joke with as I watched my beautiful home come back to life. I am a man with many words and still could not find enough to say how much I would recommend this company to anyone looking for strong work ethics and devoted builders to bring back the history of your home as they did mine. "The concrete was fine. They did a good job with what our project asked of them. Our biggest concern was them not hurting our retaining wall that was in place and they were able to work around it. But the customer service was not what I expected. While they were initially responsive and seemed helpful, it ended up making more work for us. Their team left garbage and piles of dirt concrete in our yard. We let them know and they came and cleaned up the some concrete piles but left their garbage including an empty cigarette pack in our yard. I let them know they did not clean everything up and they stopped replying to me. My husband had to spend a couple of hours the following weekend moving the excess dirt they left and picking up trash."
