"We asked for Alan to come out and give us an estimate for trimming 5 of our trees.  The trees were severely overgrown.  They were scraping on our roof, causing problems with our gutters, and blocking so much sun that our grass had died.  Alan arrived on time and I told him what we needed done.  He quoted us a price and, after accepting, we scheduled a time for him to come out the next day.  Alan and his crew arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled and began working.  They also finished earlier than I had expected.  After the work was completed, he asked me to look everything over and make sure I was happy with it.  I was very satisfied.  It looks great now, and we might even get some grass in our backyard again!  Alan was very friendly and professional.  I would definitely recommend Hotchkiss Tree & Land Services.

The second day they spread mulch and also mowed/edged, I didn't know my yard was so big. Mr Lopez stayed with his quote. The value was there. Mr Lopez was polite, dependable and I would definitely hire his team again."

"GREAT, for a single adjective describing the complete job. He discovered a malfunction in the programmer which was not an immediate threat to desired operation, but to keep eye on it in case of the function completely deteriorated and required replacement or repair. The tech. could have offered to repair things at that time, but he didn't. His performance and demeanor was more than adequate to encourage future business with me. He left his business card as we exchanged thank you's.

P.S.  This is an update on 11-14-2013:  When I found my list of  reviews. I immediately noticed a B rating for the Price. That had to be a mistake and I apologize. I actually thought it was pretty low and was grateful.  I have no idea how it happened, unless I just had an 81 yr. old brain fahrt ! Actually, I have so many sprinkler heads, I would have been glad to pay more, tight budget or not, Mike did a great job, the grass has greened up where the sprinklers had not been covering properly. I will be calling Western Irrigation & Landscape  before the summer growth season for some repair work.

"From estimate to completion, everything was great! An estimate was given without me having to be there AND without having to put my dog in his kennel. (That was the 1st great thing) I received a phone call & email to make sure everything was explained. I had lots of questions & each of them was addressed quickly & without making me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided on using AGAN, they set up an install date. The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. I was quoted 2-3 days for completion & they finished in 2 days (even with my neighbor forgetting to leave their dogs in the house which halted demo day). The end result is a gorgeous fence! It's so pretty! Thanks, AGAN!!"
