"We asked for Alan to come out and give us an estimate for trimming 5 of our trees.  The trees were severely overgrown.  They were scraping on our roof, causing problems with our gutters, and blocking so much sun that our grass had died.  Alan arrived on time and I told him what we needed done.  He quoted us a price and, after accepting, we scheduled a time for him to come out the next day.  Alan and his crew arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled and began working.  They also finished earlier than I had expected.  After the work was completed, he asked me to look everything over and make sure I was happy with it.  I was very satisfied.  It looks great now, and we might even get some grass in our backyard again!  Alan was very friendly and professional.  I would definitely recommend Hotchkiss Tree & Land Services.

"They did a fabulous job. I had an overgrown landscape and weeds. The first day they cleared the fence line, weeded the flowerbeds and removed dead/sick foliage and pruned some trees. The second day they spread mulch and also mowed/edged, I didn't know my yard was so big. Mr Lopez stayed with his quote. The value was there. Mr Lopez was polite, dependable and I would definitely hire his team again."

"Mike did a good job on finding the problem, making the suggestions and did fix the problem. I had one zone with very low water pressure, causing several areas of grass with no water coverage. The fix required Mike?s 3 trips.

First time Mike came for the inspection, suggested to replace the valves and found some other problems.

Second time, Mike replaced 2 valves,  but since the grass has been 15 years, the spray heads were blocked by the high grass, Mike suggested to rise and replace the heads. That requires a third appointment. He also found broken pipes.

 Third time, Mike fixed the problems he pointed out and everything worked out fine."

"THEY CALLED TO ADVISE THEY WOULD COME OUT ON THURSDAY, JUNE 30 TO REMOVE AND HAUL AWAY THE OLD FENCE AND DIG THE HOLES FOR THE NEW FENCE. THEY ALSO REMOVED AN OLD CONCRETE BLOCK FOR ME! THEY THEN RETURN ON JULY 1 TO INSTALL AND STAIN THE NEW FENCE! THEY WERE SO FAST AND EFFICIENT AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
