Northland was hands down a great company and I would recommend them for any fence job. We went with steel wrought iron and it’s absolutely beautiful. We contacted about 8-10 different companies, and Northland’s pricing and options were by far the best. They had a few different styles of fencing and gave us a price breakdown for each one. They were the first company we contacted and they even recommended two other places to see if they would offer a better price, although they did not and we went with Northland regardless. The first step was to remove our old fence, which they did in no time at all, and then they drove the posts into the ground. They came back just over 1 week later to install the fence and gate and they did a wonderful job. If you have Nick and Alejandro installing it they’ll do excellent work. Whenever we need another fencing project complete we will contact Northland. Overall they had great customer service and we couldn’t be happier with the results."

"We arranged a 6 pm meeting for quote and consultation. The representative was on time and knowledgeable. Took quick measurements and got us a timely quote, We asked for some adjustments that were turned around in timely fashion. Communication was by email after initial meeting. Construction was at tail end of season and there was some adjustment to start time as a result. It took a couple of days longer than scheduled and a Friday finished extended into following Monday, but it was a minor inconvenience. Early in process, crew foreman advised us that fence line could not be straight on one side. There were two exchanges, both verbal. In hindsight, would have been good to get the explanation in writing. While resulting fence is fine, there are a couple of juts that are a bit bigger than we had expected. That said, we're pleased with the fence. The crew left the yard clean each day and remembered to lock garage door as requested -- a small detail, but appreciated nonetheless. <br />"

"These guys were great to work with.  We particularly enjoyed working with Brandon - he was friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable.  We went back and forth with them on scope and price and were happy with the ultimate scope that still fit our budget.  We enjoyed the seamless nature that AA handled things like installation day.  Their "All American" crew, aka. all English speaking, was rock solid and finished tearing off our old roof and putting up the new one in less than a day!  They were very efficient and did a nearly perfect job of picking up after themselves.  Found some miscellaneous stuff around the yard afterwards, but it's impossible to do a perfect job rolling the front and back after a big job like they did. <br /> They were very smooth in handling the dumpster drop off the day before and picking it up the day of the install (they minimized the hassle of having a huge dumpster in your driveway, which was awesome!).  They handled the city permits, inspection and GAF lifetime warranty with ease.  It was a relief to pick such a reliable roofing company on a major project like replacing your roof.  We like the way our roof looks now and have gone to AA for referrals for other services like plumbing, insulation, etc. b/c we trust them.  They excel at what they do! <br />"

"It went well. We were concerned about getting the railings replaced before the first frost since family and friends coming by to visit needed those railings. They were able to schedule with us within a week of the break and had the railings replaced in a few hours. The new railings have gotten through the winter and look like they'll be with us for years to come."

"Their representative came out a couple weeks ago, measured the yard and discussed options, I chose what I wanted and they called on Thursday ahead of schedule and asked if they could put the fence in that day. I agreed, they came and installed everything but the 8 foot gate as it was not made yet. They fenced off the gate area temporarily till Monday at which time they came and installed the finished gate. They were all courteous and had the job done in a timely manner, guarantee their work and the fence for five years and I am a happy camper!"
