Simply Tidy was founded in 2018 by Karen Marquardt as a way help other busy moms reduce stress & give them more time by taking away the stress of cleaning. This brings her team members & her family a livable income while still having flexible family friendly hours. With three children, two with autism, Karen understood the importance of a family friendly company. As the business grew Karen’s husband Bryan felt he was missing precious moments with his growing children, & saw the potential in the business so in January of 2020 he officially became a business partner. Since then, Simply Tidy has had tremendous growth. They have hired a team of terrific cleaners & office staff who all share the same goal of making a difference in the community while keeping the personalized service of a small hometown company.

"Immediately sent someone over to take a look and talk with me for a free quote. It was affordable and the work was pretty good. They were there to vacuum and use high pressure air to clean, but they also threw in some scrubbing which is great! Only nitpick is that the workers should have been wearing masks for their own health. It's a building with lead paint and they were vacuuming lots of dust that had likely been accumulating for 10 years. I think that's on a worker doing their own due diligence and I'm overly careful with this sort of thing myself, though. Would have offered them masks if I had any."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

We are a veteran owned and operated business. I started with an old truck a few ladders and basic tools subcontracting to large companies installing their gutter filters 2 years ago. I quickly moved into gutter installation but found that those companies would sacrifice quality for quantity. In January of 2019 Perfect Pitch Gutter Solutions was born with a "quality first" attitude and an intent to set industry standards for customer satisfaction. Perfect Pitch is a small team of 3 personnel who take pride in the work we do. We wish to stay small so not to lose focus on the details. Our prices are exceptionally competitive plus we offer military and senior discounts. Services we offer are: Seamless gutter installation, 4 styles of gutter covers/filters, gutter clean-seal-realign service and rainwater collection systems.
