"The technician was prompt and courteous. He gave me a estimate and  showed me the cause of the problem, he answer my questions and I was happy with all the answers. Later in the day, I received a call from the company, Delta Appliances & A/C Repair. A very courteous young lady, gave me the estimate for the work and asked me, if, I wanted to continue with the repairs, I agreed.  I made a appointment  for April 6, 2016 @ 10: 00 AM
 The technician was on time, he knows his stuff. He did not take very long and he was very efficient, a pleasant person. He replaced the broken hose/pump inside the washing machine.vacuum the filter, got all the yucky stuff out, the dust, mold. He even cleaned the floor . I am so delighted, I will brag to my friends about this company and Angies's List, for making this so easy and affordable. It is a no brainer.

"I cannot say enough good about this appliance repair company. I called them to come fix my 12 year old LG front loading washer on Thursday, January 31. Tristan was at my house within 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer. Tristan represents this company well with his knowledge and high energy. He also put a small part on my icemaker that had fallen off. Tristan’s good will is very much appreciated. I have used this company for many years before becoming a member of Angie's List. They suggested I join so I may receive the same great service from other Angie's List providers.  I've used AAA for appliance repairs over 25 years and when they started there ac division began using them for my 15 year old system.  They have repaired my system a couple of times to keep it up and running, as I am on a limited budget and can not afford to replace it at this time.  I am now on their maintenance program receiving tune ups twice a year. I had one just the other day and they even changed my filters for me because they are in the ceiling and I do not feel secure enough to climb a ladder anymore!  I feel the tune ups have added to the life of my ac system and I pray that it will help get me a few more years!

The staff has always treated me well and make me feel like family when I call.  What I really love is that they don't charge me more money to come out on a weekend.  If my air conditioner goes out on a Saturday I can't wait until Monday as I have copd and can not deal with the heat.  I am also retired and live alone and sometimes worry who will be coming to my home. They suggested I join Angie's List so I can feel safe when I need other repairs in my home. 

I would recommend them to all elderly people who sometimes find themselves being taken advantage of by predators. Thanks AAA for all you do.

"Last September, 2016 we had Service America Enterprise replace our air conditioning unit.  The price is hard to say because I didn't take any other estimates from other companies but them.  So I don't know what competing estimates would have been.  I think it was like $3400.  They were late in showing up.  I would use them again in the future but I don't know if it would be for air conditioning. "
