I’m a Registered Nurse that has a passion for helping others with daily tasks such as housekeeping and organization. Cleaning and organizing can be such a hassle if you do not have the time to do so, and doing just that is therapeutic to me. \n\nAlthough I do not have any professional experience with this, I personally strive to keep my living spaces as clean as possible, and have also helped with housekeeping for my close friends and family. "Everything went well. then we went upstairs the next day and noticed that the carpet was "bubbling" up. We had discussed this as a possible issue before they started. We also discussed it when we were setting the appt. we were told that it wouldn't be a problem that they could stretch the carpet. When they showed up to do the job he said he was never told they may have to stretch the carpet, but he thought he had his stretcher with him. Well, nothing was ever mentioned to us any further. The guy cleaning the carpet should have mentioned to us how bad it was "bubbling" up as he was cleaning it. Clearly this is something he would have noticed. This was our only issue. Otherwise everything was fine. Very polite, very professional. <br />"

"The installers showed up on time and in one day the HVAC had been replaced and operational. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and the HVAC unit has performed flawless since March 2016. I have seen a nice reduction in my electric bill for both the summer and winter months compared to the previous years with my older RHEE SERE 6 HVAC. To date the only issue I’ve had is with the drain pipe dripping condensation on my ceiling because it does not sit within the drain pan and it is not insulated. I reported the issue to Buzzell and all that was done to resolve the issue was tape some pipe insulation over the drain line (see Pictures). I guess they don’t sell the correct size of pipe insulation. What I have learn from this job, is that I need to be present when I have this type of work done in my home."
