"Ralph did a great job cleaning exterior windows, deck, and walkway. He even did some extra power washing on chimney and house because he noticed it needed cleaning as well. He really cares about doing a good job and I’d recommend him."

"Ignacio Perez was very professional and polite. He took the extra steps to walk me through each repair needed and the method to be used. Ignacio Perez was the only contractor who took the time to point out other concerns which needed to be addressed that were outside the scope of the project. He treated my roof as if it was his own. He prioritized my project to beat the rain which I appreciated. I will certainly use him again!"

"Workers were not motivated. Left roof pine needles in flower beds. This was after John gave them instructions. I paid extra for that service."

"We found â  Roof Magicâ  on Angi. Our insurance company requested us to clean our roof due to a dark, almost black, color in areas especially on the North side. I had never heard of this! When I spoke to the representative he explained that this a type of â  livingâ  growth that is prevalent in humid climates. He went on to explain how and what they clean it with, he even sent some before and after photos of work they had done. Roof Magic came out about a week laterâ ¦on time with the products and supplies needed. They took BEFORE photos. The team worked cheerfully, efficiently and quickly taking most of the day. The difference was AMAZING! I was glad to have the BEFORE photos to compare with their AFTER shots. It made the roof look new and gave a major face-lift to the house. I would highly recommend Roof Magic and the work they do. Knowing now the effort and time it takes I also believe the price was fair."

"The Unlimited Roofing team exceeded my expectation. This is the first time I have had to replace my roof and they assisted me from start to finish. From working with the insurance company, to the recommendations for designs all the way down to a great clean up when the project was finished. I highly recommend!"

"My asphalt needed sealing and I used Back to Black Asphalt to do it. They did an amazing job in a timely fashion. Would 100% recommend!"

"Aaron and his team responded to my quote within seconds, quoted and completed the roof wash the same day, and I couldnâ t be happier with the results! They went above and beyond and I will be contacting them again in the near future to do some more work. I recommend Trinity Pressure Washing if youâ re looking for professionals that truly care about their customers!"
