"Quality workmanship. Roofing crew paid attention to their work and it did not appear that they tried to short-cut the work. I watched a few times over three days and they never put in less than 6 nails/shingle. Another sign of quality work is when I saw a new shingle get tossed because of a small tear(probably from handling). Worker could have used the bad shingle and I would never have known. My only complaint is that workers could have done a better job protecting flowers and plants. Vance Boyer addressed the problem with crew."

Out of the three bids I got TX elite was A bit pricier than the other two companies but not by much.. problem was an unpredictable leak in three places in one bathroom.. after years of unsuccessfully searching in the attic for where the water was coming in I finally found it. TX elite presented their estimate very professionally-clearly detailing the work & the cost. Sergio who came to the house and put the estimate together was great to work with..... knowledgeable professional and friendly. He pointed out several places on the roof that needed some preventive maintenance considering the age of the roof. There were a couple of issues in the estimate I was not satisfied with so Sergio conference called his boss Ignacio who listened to my concerns and addressed them to my satisfaction. They were prompt showing up when they said they would and completing the job when they said they would. Overall, I think these guys are hard-working and honest people. They told me at the beginning that the new shingles would not match perfectly the old shingles-but man theyâ re not even close. That being said I would still not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends."

"I don't have enough words to express what an amazing experience we had with JC&C roofing. We had a horrible experience a few years back where we had our money stolen by roofers. I was being overly cautious this time before we choose a company after our last horrible experience. JC&C was patient and available to answer all of the many questions we had. The day before they were supposed to start on my roof I spoke to Christian. He expressed he was concerned because of my roof's condition and we were supposed to be getting a bad storm. He said I want to send someone out free of charge to cover your roof and make sure you don't get interior damage. That's showing absolute professionalism and amazing value for your customers. The day of the job they put boards around my house to protect my windows. They covered all the property with tarps. They used metal magnetic rollers all over the property before they left to make sure all nails were picked up from the ground. Christian communicated multiple times sharing what the job status of the roof was. The next day after my roof was completed he sent someone that power washed all my property to clean off the dust and dirt from the roof job. I can't say enough kind words about JC&C roofing and now we have one of the best well made roofs in the neighborhood!"
