We decided that my computer needed to go to their repair facility for some serious work. They were able to save all my data, ran thorough diagnostics and repaired my computer. At this point I have come to rely on Maui Handyman Services for all of my needs with this rental property, due to the fact that Joe possesses unquestionable integrity, and displays a level of professionalism that is truly refreshing."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "He was very efficient and competent. Besides doing the fan removal and installation, he also will mail parts anywhere in the country if needed, so took the old fan parts to be re-used if possible. Mr. Roberge is an excellent resource for any information on ceiling fans and is a licensed electrician. I wish I had found him sooner. <br />"

"Eric and his apprentice were punctual and got right to work. They did the smoke detectors first and after installation also showed us how to maintain them. Next, they accessed our attic to remove the kitchen fixture and added two LED can lights. Then they moved onto replacing our old cans with new ones. The total cost includes material as well as labor. We are looking forward to using them in the future. We still need bathroom lights, a ceiling fan replaced, and a dining room light. <br />"

"<p>When I phoned, the gentleman at Refresh understood my problem. He recommended that I bring it in and that they would look at it to determine exactly what needed to be repaired. The diagnostic was $25 (I believe) which I felt was very reasonable. I was told that if we wanted the repair to be completed, that charge would go towards the repair price. I took the computer in, they told me on the spot the approximate cost to repair it and approximate time to complete the repairs, and I left it with them. It took approximately 1 week to order the new casing and to have it installed. When the computer was returned to us, the final cost was exactly what I had been quoted and was completely repaired. </p> <p>I have previously used this company several times before to purchase cables, laptop batteries, etc., but this was my first time with a repair. They were very professional, the store is neat, and they have a wide range of products. I have also called them several times with questions and they have always been very helpful. The repair was completed locally so my laptop did not have to be shipped out to have the work completed. I will definitely use Refresh again for my computer needs.</p> <br />"
