"Eric was my technician. As promised, he called before he came. He spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the problem, which he believe was just the level of water presser. He adjusted it, and asked me to just monitor it for a few days. If the sound came back, we'd need to replace the piece of equipment that monitored the PSI of the water coming into the house. He provided an estimate of that cost, so I'd know what to expect should that need to be done. The final cost of his time was VERY reasonable!
