"Our downstairs unit wasn't cooling well late last fall, so we knew it would need maintenance. A few days ago, our upstairs unit froze up, so we looked here on Angie's List to find a contractor. W. F. Reid, Jr. had good reviews, so we called him on Friday to set up an appointment. He didn't have an opening that day, but said he would come out on Monday. He was very informative, and his price for freon was much lower than another company that we called. He told us that if the AC Leak Freeze didn't work, he would come out and put more freon in the units and only charge us for labor. (Of course, if the Leak Freeze doesn't work, we'll have to have other, more expensive work done on the units!) He gave us a discount, which we greatly appreciated. The house is nice and cold now, and we are satisfied customers. <br />"
