As a final note to Jim's professionalism, when there was a period of extreme cold over the winter that could've caused particular damage to pipes in the upper floors of my house because of their placement near the outside, Jim personally called me to remind me to plug in the heated wire coilings that he had installed around the water pipes on my third floor. The thought hadn't even occurred to me until Jim’s call, and I appreciated that he took the time, even outside of normal working hours, to communicate with me and make that recommendation, since I was able to avoid any kind of burst pipes or other issues. I highly recommend Jim, OHI, and his entire team (again, a shout out to both Juan and Shorty, who were always friendly, helpful, and left the house cleaned after each project). He’s an experienced and knowledgable contractor who can quickly assess problems and offer solutions, and I value and appreciate the work he’s done on my property."
