"Team along with company owner arrived early and covered shrubs and grass around house with tarps, parked dump trailer in driveway for trash. Multiple guys on roof stripping off shingles and two guys on ground cleaning up as they worked. Roof underpayment and drip edge was on before lunch. With only about three and a half hours of daylight left, 9 guys all went to work on laying 30 squares of shingles, ridge vent and caps finishing the job in one day. Yard was cleaned up and nails were removed with a magnet, yard was left just as they found it. Evan’s Roofing team was experienced and very professional, using quality Owings Corning roofing products to complete the job. This is the second roof they have done for my family this year and they will be doing two more family houses in the spring. Definitely would recommend Evans Quality Roofing to anyone needing.a new roof or roof repair."

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"We purchased a new front door and storm door from Arch Exteriors. The Sales person and the quality of the door were good. Our issue was with the service department and the installation crew. The installation crew/manager did a sub-standard job for installation. The door itself was not set in level, there was an obvious gab and then the lock was damaged when they tried to install it. They cut too far back on the inside tile floor and tried to hide it with pieces of shoe molding. The seal at the bottom of the door began to fall off within the first month. We had to fight with the service manager, Byron, to get anything fixed or to show up for appointments he made with us. The service manager, Byron, did not appear to have trained his crew on how to install a door. Our storm door was initially installed with no safety chain, so the first gust of wind tore the door off the hinges and half of the trim off the door frame. But Byron said since it was the wind, nothing can be done. I pointed out the door lacked some pieces to prevent this. When I pay someone to do work, my expectation is that it will be done better than what I could have done. This was not our experience at all. "Jesse was very responsive and performed a quick repair after a windstorm to prevent further damage while we were preparing for a full roof replacement. His proposal was very competitive and thorough. Jess kept us up to date on the schedule and when the team would be available to complete the work. They arrived around 7:30am, brought extra people and worked late to complete the full roof replacement in one day due to rain that was forecasted for overnight. This included ripping off all of the old shingles and tar paper, repairing some damaged sheathing, replacing all of the drip edge, tar paper, ice guard, and new architectual shingles. During the installation, the team accidentally dented one piece of the fascia and Jesse replaced it at no cost immediately. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team if you are considering a roof repair or full replacement. Very professional, responsive, and competitive on their pricing."

From our initial discussions with them, through signing the contract, all the way to the completion of the project and beyond what we appreciated most was that we were able to always communicate directly with Mike, the owner, and Pete, our project supervisor and they were always responsive and helpful. On top of that, we were beyond impressed and pleased with Saul, who actually did almost the entire construction himself besides pouring the slab and running the electrical, which they subcontract out. He's incredibly talented and was so wonderfully easy to work with, which was especially important as we were coordinating siding and gutters contractors and plumbers as well to do work in conjunction with the sunroom. The final result is simply stunning, and we have no regrets at all about a year out. We'd happily recommend Maryland Sunrooms to anyone."
