"Nick and his crew painted our house and two garages. In addition to painting there were several areas where the siding and window trim had to be replaced because of damage or rotten wood. In addition to doing an excellent painting job, they included some surprise extras like painting the exterior garage light fixtures which made the finished job that much nicer. For the first few weeks, we would be a little startled turning into our driveway to see how nice the house and garages looked. We also had a relatively short timeline to have the painting done. My service is very wide ranged. I have many clients that just have me do virtually everything from here fall and spring clean up to taking care of there pool aan anything that might come about. Such as a roof jog or a garage they want built. Generally it is only me doing the work but from time to time I might have a helper. I tend to work time and materials but will give bids on jobs. Tends to work out to be a higher number. It's hard to forsee every possibilty in the job. I tend to bill on a weekly basis but if discussed, i will do sooner or when job is complete.
