Eventually I'll need to replace the toilet, and Joe was good about explaining the options and making a recommendation. "We hired him strictly on Angie's List reviews and no BBB complaints. Prompt reply, estimate and start of work. Finished on time. Owner Eddie Badger, and one sidekick - Mike responded on both days. Eddie was abrupt and Mike was nice. Eddie also overcharged due to charging full estimate price upon completion when we already agreed to not replace one toilet - so via email he immediately agreed to reimburse me the $325.00. Problem was I needed to email him 4 or five times and call him before getting the check about a month later. For this reason and that his public relations was lacking - especially with my wife - I wouldn't want to hire him again."

"Needed garbage disposal installed on a double sink where there previously was not one. Space available under counter and existing drain pipe configuration presented more than a few challenges. Not to mention that I wanted the disposal on the sink side that was next to impossible without a major renovation of the existing wall and drains within the walls. After assuring me that anything could be done with time and money, Mark explained why it might be a better option to install on the other side of the sink, not the least of which was the sink was actually designed with different depths to accommodate a disposal on a particular side. Being somewhat stubborn in my nature, I reluctantly agreed to give it a try and said I would call him back to revise it if I had difficulty adjusting to that side. It has taken only two days and I am fully adjusted and thankful that Mark was willing to take the time and explain the things which he did. He prevented me from making a major error and doing unnecessary renovations. He was also helpful in telling me about an air switch for the disposal which could be put in where the soap dispenser normally goes as my electric setup was less than optimum. This was appreciated and I have already followed this advice. He installed faucets with motion and touch control sensors with the dexterity of an orthopedic surgeon replacing a disintegrated hip on my grandmother. ( OK maybe I should just say that he installed them effortlessly.) In summary, my rating is A++ for timeliness, for experienced skill and talent, for value received, and for protecting me from myself. I will definitely call Mark for all my plumbing jobs and highly recommend him to others."

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"I couldn't be more pleased with Pro-Tech. The owner, Todd, came out and personally walked my property, then walked me through the installation plan and answered any questions that I had. His crew showed up right on-time, and all members were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. They installed a 7-zone, 25 head system in about 3 1/2 hours. They clean up as they go, and I was amazed by how "normal" the yard looked after the work, as in you can barely tell they installed the system aside from a few seams and the flags denoting the locations. They also gave me a full tutorial on how to operate the system. I couldn't have asked for a better installation, and they also happened to be the lowest bid. There rating here is well-deserved."
