"Within minutes of requesting quotes from all listed Pros, received a phone call from the Bivens team with a time they could be on site. Team arrived when they said, conducted an initial inspection then once agreed upon, stated the work. The project was a bit more involved than previously believed as the root system from the various palms and other trees in my yard along with a host of irrigation piping made it difficult to navigate. The break was after the meter before the cutoff valve on my property side. Team was fast, efficient and professional.
