He came out looked at the roof then sent me pictures of the damage gave me an estimate. He gave me a couple different options on how to get the damage fixed. I decided I would just go with Brian. He found out my original shingles were discontinued so I told him I don't care what color they are. So that was on Saturday the 25. On Monday the 27th he came out in the afternoon fixed my roof and was still there when I got home so I could pay him. He was GREAT. "It went very well. T-Rock Roofing knows roofs and all the other parts that are part of the structures around a typical residential property. We had hail and wind damage that was covered by insurance on part of the structure. There was also normal wear and aging of the soffit trim and gutters. Squirrels had done some damage on the trim trying to sublet part of the attic. One of the windows with a complex arch needed replacing, including the curved trim. The cedar fence was damaged by the hail and needed pressure washing and a new coat of stain. There was also damage that was not found until the roof was removed. At the start it seemed like I would have a lot of work to find the different companies that would be required to complete the work. A friend recommended a company he trusted that could look at all the problems which would simplify the work because timing coordination would happen by one company. For me firsthand experience and a recommendation from my friend is similar to what you get from reviews on this site. Trust worthy. The company, T-Rock Roofing and Construction and the team lead, Brandon Overby This combination made all the logistics and coordination a much smaller task. This company has 12 years’ experience bringing order to complex problems. Brandon organized the work so that it was accomplished with very little wait time between different trades and crews. The crews had proper staffing along with experience working together. This improved the quality of the finished project. I recommend T-Rock Roofing and Construction, they should be on your short list when looking for a roofing contractor."
