"I am canceling appt for Monday as we have decided to not do this yet."

I’m an old-fashioned, affordable, honest handyman. I am very versatile. \n\nI have worked in construction for over 25 years. I have extensive experience in drywall repair, trim and carpentry work, electronic containment fences and custom pet doors (I can put one anywhere- glass door, window, wall, etc). \n\nThere’s absolutely no job that I won’t at least take a look at and give my honest opinion. No job is too small. No job is too odd. I can do light car maintenance or complex home repairs. Clean-up or Custom work. Just ask! \n\nFlexible hours. Weekends available.

Hello! My name is Landon, and I’m the owner of Prime Property Solutions, a local handyman business serving the area. I specialize in home repairs, maintenance, small remodeling projects, and general improvements.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Jobs were done professionally and were finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Allen Construction."

"I called JD and he came over that afternoon and looked the projects
over. He called me back with the estimate within an hour. After I gave
him the go ahead and the agreed up front money he told me when he would
start. He started on time and did a very good job. There were a couple
of things that we had not specifically discussed, such as putting some
extra support under one end of the deck, which was needed,  that he did
without me asking and without charging extra.  I am very satisfied with
his work and am already lining up the next project for him.
JD is a really nice guy and is easy to work with.

"They were on time and finished the job quickly and their work turned out great just like they had promised. The repair man was friendly and made sure that the repair was exactly what we had ordered done before he started the repair."

"Went well. Anything we had a problem with they corrected or made sure we were satisfied.

"He was very professional and I would hire him again."

"Andrew "Tim" Muncey Home Repairs was great to work with! Organized, hard working crew. Respectful to both us and our property. The siding installation went great and exceeded our expectations. Would hire again or recommend without doubt!"
