"Shawne was able to perform both services, air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, both the same day, starting with duct cleaning and finishing with the carpets. He took extra precaution to make surge non of his hoses damaged the corners of my walls. He was very fast and very thorough. Shawne visually showed me the collection inside my duct work before and after and i couldn't believe the difference. With the Carpets, he completely exceeded my expectations. "The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
