"Scott came highly recommended from a local fireplace store. He was prompt with coming out to look at our project as well as getting us a quote, and he had no problem returning to our home to nail down additional details and to ensure he, my husband, and I were all on the same page. We agreed on a labor only price (wood would be included) but he was still willing to pick up all the supplies we bought from the fireplace store. He paid extremely close attention to detail. He was diligent with his framing, ensuring the studs were spaced out to best suit our TV mount and adding a lot of additional support to hold it. He came up with the idea of setting the TV slightly inside the wall (which was more work for him, but does look beautiful) and did not charge us any more money. He also ran our gas line, installed the firebox, the flue and chimney. When it was time for drywalling, he did an outstanding job, he matched out existing round corners perfectly, made the interior corners 90 degrees, and sanded it beautifully. During this project we were also quoting out cabinets, Scott gave us a quote and we went with him. He did a wonderful job building 2 identical cabinets to flank our fireplace. The cabinets were rather large (27inches deep by 5 feet wide) and an obscure shape (an odd pentagon.) He was amazing and maticulous. He made all the interior holes to allow for venting and wires to be run so that all our electronics could be housed. He spaced the shelves out to fit everything perfectly. Two sides on each cabinet are rather large and he came up with the idea of adding bead board to dress them up, I love it! He did a fantastic job helping me achieve my goal of the having the cabinets appear to be furniture. The doors, the legs, and the bead board make them beautiful and the shelves, wire and venting holes, and size makes them functional. In addition to his quality of work he is also very neat, he cleaned up everyday whether he was working in our home or garage, he also let our 2 kittens out of their locked room before leaving! He let himself in and out each day, and I never felt uncomfortable. We were so happy we gave Scott a little extra money to show him our grattitude."

We had several phone discussions after the final drawings were done. Everyone at Twin Oaks was very helpful, and I was satisfied with the final design. It took 3 weeks for the cabinet to be finished. They came out and installed it in about an hour. Beautiful, perfect, just what I wanted."
