"They did not offer any mold cleaning services, just general inspection. Not really what we wanted at the time. Its not that they were unprofessional about anything, but they would not offer any suggestions beyond their own services. I can understand that but at the same time, I like a place that is willing to give a little. I will go back when appropriate if they have pointed me in the right direction in the past. My mom has used them for actual work and is pleased with them, so my experience could be isolated thus would consider them again in the future even though I don't think they maximized the opportunity on this occasion."

"I called Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and AC. It was after hours but they still had a technician come out. Mike Rivera worked for over three hours in the dark and in the bugs before declaring the patient dead. The AC core was fried. The next morning, the parts department at Bayonet ordered a new core for me (covered by my warranty fortunately) and it was delivered to them later that afternoon. Mike was back again early the next morning. He worked for several hours in the heat of the sun removing the old core and replacing it with the new one. Mike is a truly skilled HVAC technician and professional. His manner is friendly and reassuring. Everyone I dealt with at Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning was the same. This was a costly process for me, but these folks made the overall experience a lot less painful than it might have otherwise been. From now, if I need anything done, I'll be calling these folks. I would highly recommend."

"I don't have experience with other companies as to rating their prices.  I don't ask them to move furniture when they clean. <br /> I have used this company as "Chuck Rutten's Steamaster, LLC" for carpet cleaning for 7 or 8 years.  Two employees come and they are always punctual and courteous.  The carpet is light colored and the high traffic areas are always in need of a little extra attention.  There was only one time that, once the carpet dried, I realized that part of  the carpet didn't get cleaned quite as well compared to other cleanings. I did not call them to go over it again, but the next time I used them I brought the problem to their attention and they were extra diligent. <br /> I've also used this company in an "emergency" situation when a small water heater in a back bedroom closet started leaking, soaking carpet in parts of two bedrooms, the hall and a bathroom vinyl floor.  They came quickly, and because my husband had just returned from a hospital stay and was unable to take care of  the water heater himself, Mr. Rutten had someone come in and assist with that.  They had to raise furniture, detach the carpet from the tack strips and leave fans running.  When we ended up having to return to the hospital for a couple of days, and couldn't be home for them to pick up their equipment, we were told not to worry and just call for them to return for it  when we could.  One less worry for me! <br /> I will continue to use their services. <br />"
