"I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. I paid $650 for a permit back in September, yet the permit was not actually submitted until December 18. During that time, I was falsely told I needed to pay an additional $133 city fee. I later created my own city account and confirmed that the only fee ever paid on the permit was $133, proving that information was incorrect. I was also told I needed to sign an affidavit for the permit. I signed it and left it with them, but they never submitted it to the city, forcing me to go myself and pay another $134 out of pocket just to move things forward.
