I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family."

GCS inc dealt with my HOA, pulled Dade County permit, is licensed and insured with very reasonable prices. Their project manager was always punctual, responded every time to calls, texts, and emails. Definitely recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat."

"Amazing! Julian is a very reliable, honest and hard working man with good ethics, which is saying a lot in Miami. I hired him to update my landscaping and he did a beautiful job. He also tiled my front entrance with a new tile and he did a great job! The third thing I hired him to do was to regroup my 30 year old pavers in hopes to improve the look. He tried several times to clean up the haze to no avail. But the good thing was he figured out the reason why it had the haze on it to begin with, which was because someone had tried to regrout it years ago but never sealed it which is why the haze was there. He advised me against rerouting it which was extremely honest and ethical. He could have done it and taken the money and had an unhappy customer but he did the ethical and correct thing. And for that he is now on the top of my list of professionals and I highly recommend him. I will use him if I decide to retire the entire back patio. Good company, and very fair prices."

Santiago came himself to shake my hand in person and answered all of my questions in detail and came up with a great design for the transformation of my backyard. "They got Stuart Bryson as a Partner on the Pool Business. Stuart is knowed to do not pay the people that he hires for doing the job. We have done a job in 2016 for him and after long time trying to get paid he got a court decision, of which he still not following. when we were working he metioned that we had to complete the job on his timeframe as we were working for him and not for the homeowner but when the time to get paid came, he said that he did not received from the homeowner so he would not pay. We are in 2022 and he still owns me from that job, he is changing his business name from time to time and still doing that with the subcontracted team that he hires! So many good people to deal with, so don`t do like me, find a nice company to work with. I can asure that the probability to have probems with him is high!! Any company that does not have Stuart as a partner is already a better begining!!"
