"Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? "I would like to recommend Stellar Roofing if you need a new roof. They did an excellent job putting on my new roof. Very nice installers to work with. They were done about 6.5 hours from removing the old roof to cleaning up. They did a great job cleaning up the debris around the house. The roofing specialist Justin Hammond was a pleasure to work with. Not pushy to get the sale and took the time to explain all my options in material and for cost. Being able to work with me on getting a discount to make it more affordable for me and being able while meeting with me to get me approved with a credit company so they can get me scheduled as soon as possible. I had wind damage that cause problem's of shingles missing and a 8 foot section of shingles that were lifted up. Justin also took the time out of his day to meet up with the insurance adjuster to be of any help with what happened to my roof. Justin also pushed my date of my roof being installed from three weeks out to one week because of his concern of the roof's condition because of all the rain we have been getting and didn't want me to have anymore problems. It was also a great experience to work with Jeff Hare the Project Manager to go over all the final details of the job and made sure I was happy with the final project. I will be looking to contact Stellar Roofing when I am ready to get new windows installed in the near future."

"Ray, the owner, showed up on time, and walked around with me to see what work needed to be done. He explained that he would pressure wash all of the surfaces before staining them. We discussed stain color and Ray recommended a solid stain instead of the semi transparent that was used previously. Ray showed up on time for the pressure washing and the staining. They were respectful of the property and very neat! The stain(Ray matched the color perfectly) looks fabulous. They did a great job, and I will use them for future projects. I'm glad to recommend them to anyone looking for quality painting at reasonable rates!"

"Leahe Development came out the next day after calling them to give me an estimate on fixing the water leak. Once over here they noticed the lose floor tile and mold on the pipes, which were also asbestos. They gave me a quote for fixing the water leak and gave me recommendations on the mold and floor tile. I then asked them if I should have them test the asbestos and mold. They stated that there was no need to test the mold as it was obviously visible. The same was stated about the asbestos pipe wrap but that if I wanted I could have it tested. The floor tile was a 9x9 and they stated that it and the glue that holds it down were probably asbestos as well and to confirm that they were they would take samples and have it tested if I wanted. They are licensed in Asbestos Testing and removal as well as licensed in Mold testing and removal and assessment. I told them to go ahead and test for the floor tile and glue. Results came back in two days and they gave me a quote to remove the floor tile, glue and the asbestos wrap on the pipes (which had mold on them). They gave me the estimate the very next day which I thought was very fast and I appreciated their timeliness. I checked around with two more asbestos companies to get a quote and one never showed up and the other ones price for the same work was almost twice that of Leahe Development. I hired Leahe Development to do the work and when they were done I was glad I hired them as they were there every day from the day they arrived until the job was done. They picked up the area every day before they left and left the area much cleaner then when they started. They had me back together in seven days from the day they started the job. The workers were very friendly and courteous. I was and am happy I hired Leahe Development and would definitely recommend them to others."
