Brad figured out inexpensive ways to strengthen an 18" long unsupported counter by using his own wood, brackets I had on hand, and a steel bar he had in his truck and spray painted so it wouldn't show dark against the light underside of the counter."

Extremely polite, efficient and got the job done, looks great! He took the time to explain how the tv mount works as it is a 360? articulating mount.
