Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract.
