Only surprise was when the technician/owner presented the bill ($480) and informed that he 'does not take credit or debit cards, only cash or check'. Cash? Wrote a check and that worked but that would have been something to share up front. Cards are pretty universally accepted and without notice beforehand it could have been an awkward moment once the work was completed. There's nothing on their website about only accepting cash or checks. On the plus side, I called on a Friday and he came out next day, on Saturday."
