The concern was a broken spring in the oven door after a loud cracking noise which caused the door to be very heavy to open and close right after. They had Bill out within hours of the call to take a look. Unfortunately due to the age of the Oven GE no longer was making replacement parts. I was impressed with the speed at which they were able to come out to take a look and I would definitely call them again for service.
