"We wanted a 10' x 20' patio installed but were not sure what materials to use. The area needed leveling and there was a slope to contend with. Aaron gave pros & cons of using pavers/crushed granite vs flagstone/mortar; no hard sell for either one. He explained we would need a small retaining wall on one side of patio to deal with sloping yard. We went with flagstone/mortar as it would match existing retaining wall and steps. Aaron provided an itemized proposal and placed us on his schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Once started, they were finished in a week. Clean-up was outstanding. The workmanship is second to none. Patio is perfectly level, drainage is exceptional, and the flagstone is beautifully placed. We are so fortunate to have found Tecton Stoneworks on Angi. "Weâ d like to say the categories of this is not Fair to Texas Green Lead in regard to our project! We got several quotes or attempted to. This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed. My Wife and I were hesitant at the beginning of our project but we can assure you, GERARDO and Texas Green Leaf are your top choice! From prepping, pouring and finishing the concrete work, erecting and welding the shop to building our patio extension along with the finish work. Our investment was in great hands! The best part that we appreciate is they take all projects regardless big or small and will segment them into phases! He completes one phase before starting the next which we greatly appreciate. Project management at its finest. If youâ re looking for a competitive price and solid contractor look no further!"

"Christina has earned my trust and loyalty! 1) Her sod install came in $1,000 less than my other bid. Before doing the job, she made recommendations and after the job, she gave me instructions to ensure success of the new lawn. My lawn looks great! 2) She also recommended replacing my rotting gate with a fenceline to save cost since I already had another gate to the backyard. She did a great job on that as well. 3) Most recently, a windstorm blew down a tree knocking down a fenceline with a brick base. I was supposed to close on that house the following week with an appraiser coming the following Monday. Christina fit me into her schedule as a prior customer and did a fantastic job repairing the fence in time for the appraiser! 4) Additionally, she adjusted the soil level in my flowerbeds so that water would not pool around the foundation since the appraiser had specifically requested this repair to be done before his follow-up visit. Christina got this done in time. The appraiser waited until the morning of close to submit a report demanding that the landscaper confirm that water would not pool around the foundation, otherwise he would not approve the buyers' mortgage. Although Christina was out of town, she responded to this request in time so that the buyers could obtain their mortgage and close on our home at 2 pm that same day. I am so grateful to Christina for making it possible to sell my house! I don't think the sale would have gone through on the scheduled closing date if I had hired anyone else! She is the best and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone who needs a landscaper who also repairs fences and sprinklers!"

"I hired Moises Pizana Hardscapes to replace a rotting railroad tie retaining wall near my house. They responded very quickly to my inquiry, and the owner came out the next morning to look at the worksite and give me a bid. He clearly was experienced and knowledgeable, and even suggested a couple of ways that they could do a better job than I had envisioned. Knowing that there would be a few things that might slow the project up (tree roots, and because we live on a limestone cliff with very shallow soil in places, they might need to dig down into the limestone to create a stable base for the two retaining walls), he gave me a bid of 2½ to 3 days. The work crew began work at 7:30 the next morning. They were genial, efficient, and really knew what they were doing, both in removing the old railroad ties and hauling them away, and in setting the bases for the new stone walls and installing the blocks. And they were finished at 4:30 p.m.! I would happily recommend MPH to anyone, and will certainly call on them again myself the next time I need to replace a rotting retaining wall."
