They went above and beyond, even upgrading the fixes to be done beyond what we paid for because Felipe believes in honoring his quote while doing the job the best way it needs to be done. We chose a really lovely matte finish that feels so natural for the decor we are going with. His solid reviews are there for a reason. "Overall, okay experience getting my floors replaced on 2 levels. I was on a time crunch and do appreciate them getting the work done in time. However, I pointed out several items that were unsatisfactory. I paid additional for painting the trim and moulding and fixing a dip in the floor, and painting the ceiling that were not completed. The crew also got some scratches on my newly painted walls. After trying to chase him down for a few months to resolve, I have given up and found another contractor. The actual flooring work was completed well, just not everything around it unfortunately."
