"In all cases he put in what he wanted, and in all cases it was a lot cheaper and WITHOUT RECEIPTS . We were charged for the upgrades but did not get them (Refused to provide receipts,even when asked repeatedly (we have texts from him saying NO RECEIPTS, NO RECEIPTS! NO RECEIPTS!). They cut a huge hole in our garage ceiling for I have no reason why. Also one in the bathroom closet. Bought cheaper toilets than the ones we chose. Became very annoyed with my wife, said he would return them but didn't and installed them anyway. This we know because they still had the identifying sticker still on it. They put the wrong flooring in. We picked one that would match the existing hallway floor. It was an upgrade so we were charged more money and they put in the cheap floor anyway. The bathroom tub was supposed to be a nice tub to go with the expensive tiles we picked. They put in the cheapest tub they could buy and refused to take it out. They then put non slip silicone strips on the bottom that makes it look even cheaper. We came to find that the reason for the strips was to hide a chip that was there. They were repeatedly told we wanted SLIDING shower doors. They purchased the cheapest one they could find with a door that opens out. We asked for power flush jet toilets. They purchased watersense toilets, got mad when we told them it was not what we wanted. Finally said they would return them but put them in anyway. They left the water sense sticker on them is how we were sure. . There were cabinets put in without spacing and as a result the doors and drawers wouldn't open without scraping against the one beside it. We had to replace and buy new ones. The countertop was installed without having a plumber come in beforehand and set up the drain, so now installation of a garbage disposal is impossible without removing the countertops and cabinets. In both bathrooms, the wall niches have mostly gray and dirty white half inch thick threshold pieces to box them out (our bath is brown based) that were cut short at the ends, then filled with gray grout as filler. They couldn't look more horrible. They were also asked to put in white grout to match the brown and white of the bathroom tiles. They put in gray. Towards the end, we asked for proof of license to contract along with receipts. They refused. We told them not to continue work until they could give us receipts and proof of license. The very next day, I came down to find workers there scrambling to finish the job they had so far taken them two months to do. We received numerous and lengthy text messages from them cursing us out, accusing us of sexual impropriety and calling us foul names until we finally had to called the police. Succinctly, this company and the persons we dealt with, Perry Panaccio and his brother Al Panaccio, are a nightmare and not people you ever want have do anything for you! I am seriously considering suing, which I have never done...it is that bad!"

Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "Unsatisfied with final results of retaining wall project. Documentation to support my experience. When asked why his quote was lower than others, owner reply the larger companies use blocks from quarry. Ok with blocks from Lowes, 2 days completion, but still expected quality work. Subcontractors excellent job on demo and work on front wall. 3rd day, owner solely completed side wall to driveway. Contractors should have finished the job. I was not ok with the side wall design being lower than the lawn. Owner Stephen Q. was verbal aggressive when I asked him to fix it. Neighbors came out. He threaten to remove the wall. Owner explain- property on slope, pay him. Cashiers checks written to owner and not in company's name ($1,900 and $2,200) per owner's request. To fix the misaligned side wall cost est. $2,200 per another contractor. Waiting for est. to fix lawn. Photos taken at a distance are deceiving. Must review up close. Photos attached. Older woman just trying to update my home."
