"USI / MasterDecks did a great job in building deck stairs from the first floor deck to a second floor deck. The project manager (Ryan) was great at communicating the project timelines and steps. They did a great job proposing a design that worked and the carpentry on the stairs were high quality and very stable."

"After hiring them for a driveway extension, I told them there was no rush on the job, only that I needed it completed before Thanksgiving. We scheduled a date to begin the work, and with a completion time of the next day. Due to the air quality being hazardous from the fires at the time, the job was delayed. In my opinion, this was an acceptable delay. On the last day of the month, the crew arrived early in the morning, and the entire job was completed on that day. I spoke with the crew and had no problem even though I do not speak spanish. I was, and am very happy with the work, and look forward to hiring them again for some future projects."

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"They were wonderful to work with, I didn't want to move out and they understood, moving my furniture from one room to the other, leaving each night so that I could comfortably stay.  They showed up on time, returned phone calls and emails, charged exactly what they said they would and finished on time.  It took less then a week and was pain free.  I have two old dogs who have and would destroy anything else but not these, this floor cleans so quickly and easily that my only regret is not doing this sooner. <br />"
