"I have had American Lawn and Tree Specialists for 5 years. I absolutely love them. Mr. Perry is top notch and does an exceptional job. He knows his stuff and does more than the big box fertilizing companies. He always goes above and beyond. Sometimes I don't get my leaves up before the last treatment and Mr. Perry will blow the leaves to the sidewalk and proceed with the treatment. The big box companies just sprayed overtop of the leaves. Mr. Perry also educated me on yellow nutsedge, which he kindly kills out of my yard to keep it healthy. Whenever I have have a question or a concern, he responds immediately. You can't go wrong with this company. They are exceptional at what they do."

Once we settled on Baumann's Landscaping as our contractor, we called Rick and the crew were out the next morning promptly at 9am. We were expecting two days of work to clear the brush, but they completed the job in 4 hours. The crew went above and beyond, killing vines choking our trees, mulching all the deadfall, and pushing the brush line all the way back beyond the trees (we live on Maryland wetlands). "When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

"The providers tree crew arrived promptly, and set to bringing down a 120' tree w/out damaging the yard or surrounding wall.  They did this w/amazing accuracy and professionalism.  They pruned all the other trees and shrubs per our request and when the large poplar tree was on the ground we could see first hand the damage that had already occurred in the tree and was simply waiting for a big wind to topple over this giant.  There was no outward evidence that we could see but Ferris Crilly (owner) recognized the problem of dual trunk, poplar tree.  Had this tree not come down under his crew's care it would have fallen at some point on either our house or crashed over our road.  This tree was rotten down to the bottom of the trunk and we didn't have a clue there was any problem.   The rest of the work was completed to our complete satisfaction.  The team cleaned up our yard and driveway of all debris including saw dust from the chain saw chopping up the tree trunk. They left our property in as good as, or better condition than they found it before they began their work.   Pro Arbor will be our tree professionals for any future needs.   They KNOW what to do, and how to do it safely, and with care to protect the surrounding landscaping and property.  We rate them at A++.

"Ask for Neal!! He's the most polite, honest, full of knowledge about pests I've ever come in contact with. I was having an issue with flies coming in my house. Because there was NO signs of decay in or around my house, Neal suggested some remedies (one worked) & told me that there wasn't much to be done. It was suggested I wait until the cold weather ended then I may be able to discover the cause of those nasty pest! Well, the cold weather finally ended as did the issue with the flies!! I really appreciated their honesty by not coming out and charging me for something they couldn't resolve!!"

"i think we just had a communications problem. i signed up for a special deal. they were supposed to call to schedule something but didnt. my lawn was getting desperate so i signed with someone else for the season. i told rainbird that i was having the grass cut 'today' to be sure they didnt come. they said they had someone scheduled to do it the next day. i said they hadnt scheduled anything with me. i told them not to send anyone and i would use the two grass cuttings later in the year. as it turned out i liked the new company so much i never did schedule the two cuttings. so just miscommunication on both parts.
