When the salesperson did not give it to me on the day of purchase, I thought I would get it the day of installation. The installation day came and went and still no paperwork. I had to call, and all I received was a messy handwritten purchase order. No nice neat certificate that most places give. When the company installed the gutter covers they told me they were going to clean out my downspouts. All they did was bang on them. I know some are full. I have a feeling when it rains I am going to be left with a bigger problem. I have underground piping that is connected to the downspouts and think everything from the downspouts will end in the piping."
