They had to buy new clips and installed them on the cables and adjusted their positions. The plug was replaced. Two new lights were installed in the kitchen a big improvement on what I had. "Scheduling the appointment was the hardest part of this job.  The owner was unresponsive. It took a long time just to get the appointment scheduled.  The two installers who showed up were nice.  They were clear on the requirements to install the fans, including the need to install special converters to the wiring.  They worked quickly and efficiently ( I did pre-assemble the fans as much as I could to help save time). They were clean.  The job was done well.  I would hire them again.  I would just like the owner to work a little on his customer service skills.  <br />"

"The two electricians that came out were very professional and very timely. The project Took about 6 days. They hardly made any mess with the drywall. I was expecting to be doing tons of drywall patching everywhere myself. There was only two or three spots that i even have to touch up and paint! Very happy with both electricians. Dan and Dennis. Luckily i have a ranch where it was very easy to get down though the attic. Also I am redoing my basement ceiling which was easier to get for some outlet locations One thing that sorta bugged me that when holes were being drilled for my new outside outlets. They accidentally drilled in my cold air return. He did this from the outside which doesn't make sense to me. It would be better to go inside out though the rim joust. It is in a area where it is just wood and moderately easy area to patch and it was patched from the outside. It just put a piece of foil tape on the inside temporarily. Honestly no big deal in the scope of things just a minor issue."

He added GFCI and bubble covers to 3 outdoor outlets, replaced a damaged outlet in the basement, and replaced a stacked switch by the front door that had multiple switches but 1 was defective. Another company had looked at this switch earlier this year and had no idea how to repair. The work done was great and I am very satisfied."
