"Things went wonderfully - the best service any of my family has ever experienced from a moving company or any service provider for that matter.  From day one when I contacted the company for general information, to the estimate, to the moving itself, everyone was courteous, cheerful, honest, and helpful.  The price of the services provided was reasonable.  The moving crew was on time, worked quickly and very hard throughout the day.  The crew was very polite and friendly, clean, and extremely hard-working and flexible.  They listened and had my Aunt moved in no time.  After payment was made, they even refunded my aunt $90.00 because the owner promised my aunt (while at her house to give the initial estimate) that he would not charge her for the travel time from their warehouse to her home.  Apparently she ended up being charged, but they refunded the money without us even noticing it had been done.  So honest - how unusual.  We also received a $50 gift card to Lowes for hiring them!  Will use them again if the need arises and highly reccommend them!! <br />"
