"Sean is awesome came in the first time to fix our slider which was really hard to open and close so he replaced the track. Couple weeks later came back to replace the rollers but only charged for the parts, that fixed the hard sliding but then it started making a popping noise when you would open and close it. Called Sean and he came out within days of me calling. Took it off the track and worked his magic. Now the slider can be opened with one finger and is whisper quiet. I’m also in the trades and I know how hard it is to go back to the same repair multiple times but Sean is very professional and honest and puts the customer first and totally stands by their 1 year warranty, I’ve heard of other companies that will lie or make excuses to charge for every visit so they can make their “revenue”. For any repairs or upgrades for our doors or windows I will definitely call Sean at Washington Door Service."

During the work little if any precautions were implemented and the installer didn?t seem knowledgeable about the procedure (?sweep it up?) and only seemed concerned about his exposure. They also installed a deadbolt key lock on the interior so if the door is bolted, there is an emergency, and we don?t have the key handy, my family will die. No one should have to request this solution; I?m flabbergasted such a design is even possible. Amongst several other notable issues, I had to wait several weeks before they came out to consider mitigating these problems by which time the lead dust likely spread elsewhere around my home. Disappointing experience and not worth the premium price."
