Ron answered all of my questions on the phone and was very helpful in explaining the work he would do and was very straightforward with pricing. Ron charged a flat rate that also included dryer vent cleaning and a sanitizing treatment. We didn't plan on getting our dryer vents cleaned but after seeing how much gunk he pulled out, we were so grateful he did it! It probably saved us from a fire.
