"After researching the results from DIY kits, and professional testing, my husband and I decided to have the paint in our home professionally tested for lead. Todd came up as a match on Angie's list for toxic lead testing. I called him to set up an appointment. At that point, I wish he'd told me that, sure, he could come out, but he'd be using the $10 kits we can get at the hardware store, and we could just do that ourselves. While here, he told us that he does a lot of mold testing, but he doesn't have any special certification for lead testing. So we spent $115 when we could have spent $15, and we still didn't get a professional test done. I imagine Todd does a good job with home inspections, and probably particularly with mold, I just wish he'd been more forthright with me about when we were discussing the job."

His project manager, erected a plastic barrier to protect the rest of the house from dust created by the kitchen demolition. It worked great! Mauricio, the owner, was extremely responsive and got back in touch with me the same day, gave me an accurate quote and we scheduled a time for him to come meet me at my home to further the discuss the project since he was, indeed, in my price range. He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. Then, we scheduled the fence install for only about 1 week out and him and his team arrive on time, ready to go and had the fence completed within a half a day. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted it to look like and I'm so glad that I hired them to work for me.
