"This company is the BEST! Now I know why they have such great reviews. From the start when I called the lady answering the phones (wish I remembered her name) she was so pleasant and very helpful. She followed through with me from the start on my service. I had an appointment the very next day. Jake, the service provider, was prompt and I didn't have to wait. He wore a mask which was important to me bc my mom is 100 yrs old and bed bound. I have been careful letting people in her home. He was absolutely wonderful! He was so knowledgeable & thorough checking everything from inside home including attic and outside condenser unit. He cleaned out all the dirt & debris, leaves and some ants accumulating in the outside condenser. He explained how the unit operates and what he was doing when he had to flush it out. He also told me my attic fan was not working and gave me some options to keep my system working properly. He stayed here for over an hour. With all the work he did I figured the bill would be very high. I was shocked that the bill was really fair. This company and Jake were amazing. During this time with the Covid19 you usually have to wait on everything. I was amazingly surprised. I have already recommended All Star Plumbing & Air to several people. "They called ahead to let me know when they planned to be there. (I was out of town) They showed up on time and worked all day and called to let me know the job was completed. I had problems with the new hot water heater about 10 days later and they showed up to repair it (had a bad heating element from the manufacture). They worked all day to make it right and did not charge me for that day's service/labor. I highly recommend Elite Plumbing and heating. Their work ethic is great!"

They don't get you to do anything that doesn't need t be done, which is a lot of times these air conditioning guys do is try to get you to do more than you really need done. They don't. They just take care of whatever the problem is. If it needs to be cleaned, they will go ahead and clean it as part of the job. They don't make a big deal about it. They get it done and that's it. The workers are always professional."
