"The 2-person crew that came out did a wonderful job explaining what was to be done and how. They set up and "soft-washed" our vinyl sided house and garage. We had some algae staining prior tot he wash, but that all was cleaned off. Mike, our service provider, did an awesome job. He even came back to clean a small area that I discovered had been missed. We had a good meeting and was happy he came out so quickly.  Was worth the $25 to me but then follow through was really slow with the quote for clean up, mulching and potentially ripping out and replacing an area with new perennials.

After making a couple of inquiries about the quote and not hearing back, I had decided to do work myself with help from neighbor boy and family.  I finally heard back but too late.  Wheels were already turning on our action plan.  The representative did state personal reasons for the tardy response but I feel a quick call or e-mail letting me know what's going on would have been helpful.
