I was happy with the pleasant voice of the associate, the follow up email that contained detail instructions and information about the process the crew would use to clean my gutters, and the payment process. The crew called 30 minutes before they arrived, the crew asked me if I had any questions before they started the work, they answered my questions and made recommendations such no clog gutter cover installation, and the crew completed the work in approximately 20 minutes. "I need to have some landscaping done quickly, as my house was being put on the marked and I wanted to make sure it had curb appeal. "Phil left us a detailed description of what he thought the lawn needed and came prepared to start on day 1. Very professional and courteous. Dethatching made a mess (as it should), but when he left all was tidy and cleaned up. Next came aerating, fertilizing, and seeding in thin spots. Even though things have not really started growing yet, the lawn looks healthier and I'm convinced it will start greening up and filling in soon. Really enjoyed working with Phil and learning from him...plan on having him come regularly to aerate and keep the lawn healthy."
