"I called superior comfort, and immediately they sent out a gentleman by the name of Kevin, who was very excellent and did all the diagnostics. He was polite and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He ordered the parts and explained the problem and gave me options. . After ordering the parts he came with another person by the name of Derek and the two of them worked all day in the cold wind and snow inside and out! ( right after this current snow storm -January 2026 .They finished the job very efficiently were neat and clean and they were concerned about my well-being. Both were excellent workers! "I own a high-end residential property management company in CT. I was in a pinch to service a commercial grade outdoor grill in an interior space. The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Tafari did an excellent job of protecting the space all around the grill and hood. One slip & there would have been grease splattered all over the extremely expensive stonework. Tafari cleaned the grill, hood and the vent pipe. He climbed the roof and disassembled the giant fan housing with grease trap, cleaned it all and reassembled it. Everything was perfect!
