When sanding the floors, they masked all the areas to prevent dust getting on the walls and other counter areas .They used special vacuums that had Hepa filter dust bags. They applied 3 coats to the floor in a timely manner making sure each coat was completely dry. The floors look great. I would definitely recommend N.E.Floors."

We had to initiate all communication and he did not keep us in the loop frequently enough. Still has not come back to fix two defective wood rails after completing the project over 8 months ago.
