"Schultz Roofing was the first roofing company who agreed to come out within two hours on Sunday. I was very impressed with their response time and frequent communications via text. By the time I arrived, they had already spoken to the tenant and had accessed the roof to zero in on the leak. They used top notch sealer to seal the leak, and even sealed some extra areas on the roof as a preventative. They were respectful and their charges were very reasonable. I would have graded them even higher if they would have stocked the high quality sealer on their truck (avoiding an extra trip), even if they would have charged a little more for their services. I am critical, so I would have graded higher as well if they would have accessed the attic, to double ensure that the leak was pinpointed, and to access the damage in the attic. Of course i understand that this would have required a little higher charge, but i would have felt more comfortable. i accesed the attic to be sure of the pinpointing. Although very professional in all communications, more professional appearance would have been a plus as well. Their invoicing was prompt and high tech. I greatly appreciated their service and would rehire based on this experience. They also will do light hauling/junk removal."
