"Pro-Tech removed my old driveway and porch, installed a new driveway wide enough for two vehicles and it looks great ! They also brought in a large load of topsoil and contoured around one side of the driveway to make it match the yard ( it used to drop off approx. 18 inches.) In addition the porch was able to be installed with a slight slope to the driveway, alleviating the need for a step up to the porch. This was something that I really wanted done and was told by several other companies that it would not be possible. There have been a couple of good rains since the driveway completion and all water drains away from the house, exactly as I was told that it would. Removal of this trip hazard was very important to me and I'm very glad that they were able to accomplish this. The whole team was very professional from start to finish and I really appreciate the ease of doing business with this company !"

"Outstanding service. They showed up on time and finished each day at a reasonable hour. This was important to me because I have had contractors working until 8 or 9 in the evening, making it hard for our family to relax.) Bill kept me informed at each step, taking just two days to complete the entire job. He had the right equipment for a quick demolition of the existing driveway and brought in a full crew to pour and finish all of the new concrete. Bill walked me through each step as the work progressed, pointing out problem areas resulting from the original builder's sloppy workmanship. The builder had a dirt base, which did not provide sufficient strength for the driveway. Bill laid in several inches of stone, making for a more secure base. He ensured I was aware of everything that was being done and that I was satisfied at each checkpoint. I strongly recommend him for any concrete project you may have."

"Miguel and Aleici were absolutely amazing! They responded quickly to our request for a bid and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for us. We tend to work late into the evening but they didn’t hesitate to come out at 6pm to meet with us. They gave us a very detailed estimate and answered all of the questions that we had. Aleici was very quick to return texts and phone calls and handled everything with the city. She made this entire process so incredibly easy for us. Miguel and his crew arrived to demo our current driveway on time and made sure to leave everything cleaned up and ready to pour our concrete. The guys arrived the next available day (due to weather) and completed our driveway in one day! The finished product is absolutely beautiful! Everything exceeded our expectations and we already have 2 other projects for them to do for us! We are so grateful to have found such an amazing company to work with."

"On the plus side, Anthony was highly knowledgeable. He offered unique explanations and features like surrounding our basketball hoop to help prevent injury, and â  pin-ingâ  to existing concrete to prevent sag. Anthony started work right on schedule with only a verbal agreement. The finished concrete looks mostly great although some discoloration which we hope will cure out. On the minus side, crew was sloppy and inconsiderate when Anthony was not present. Idle workers leaned on neighbors and our fencing which was not sturdy. Piles of mud and rocks placed in neighbor's yard and our new deck despite ample yard space. After I washed the deck off in full view, others brought more mud and rock on the deck to plug in tools despite other outlets being used tools. Workers urinated in bushes. On completion, did not backfill dirt as proposed. We had to wash neighbor's fence, plus wash our surfaces including basketball pole, mailbox and pole which had concrete residue. Concrete residue still covers the street and gutter a month later."
