"Omar Garcia & his crew did an amazing job of re-roofing our house! From the initial Bid process to final finish. They did exactly what was discussed. Communication was great & our roof looks excellent & very quality work. The job was started on time and crew worked tirelessly 12-14 hours per day to get it done fast & efficient. Not only does our roof look excellent but the crew was very respectful of the property…our belongings and protecting the existing landscaping around the perimeter of the house (which is a lot). They kept their work supplies orderly and kept the property cleaned up through the course of the entire job and at job completion did a resweep to make sure nails and other items were not left. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs."

"Need a section of our roof repaired. Scheduled an appointment with Charles to come out and give me an estimate and no one showed up at the scheduled time or even called to say he couldn't make it. He called three days later and rescheduled for 9:00 am. Showed up at 11:30 am. He looked at the roof and described needed repairs. Seven days later and I am still waiting for an estimate. I mentioned that I would be replacing the whole roof next year and Charles said he would have the person that does roof replacement estimates follow-up with me. Haven't heard from this person either. That's not the way you earn my business, or maybe they don't need it. After posting my review, a manager from the company called and arranged a time to stop by and look at my roof. He offered to do the repairs at a discounted rate to compensate me for the earlier inconvenience and followed up later to see if they could do the needed repairs. Although, I eventually chose another company to do the work, I do appreciate their effort to make things right."

Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"After over two years of working on our plans, and getting some preliminary drawing done we had a great vision for our new back patio. We talked with numerous builders as we prepared to start our project. We met with Anthony, and looked at several of Straight Line’s previous projects. We marveled at how elegant their projects looked, so we chose to work with them. While we thought we had our project figured out, Anthony did suggest that we may make some adjustments during the course of the construction. He was absolutely correct as we choose to make several adjustments during the process. Everyone we worked with connected with Straight-line; Brad-owner, Anthony-project manager, Brant-lead carpenter, Wesley-concrete, Andre-Painter, Mike-electrician, were so helpful. All the workers we’re more than willing to accommodate our adjustments. Even more valuable for us was how frequently they lent their experienced eyes to suggest options that looked better than what we had originally planned. In the end our back patio looks truly spectacular. Our only frustration was that it was hard to stay on schedule. We realize a few weeks in delay will pale in comparison to a lifetime of backyard enjoyment in our new space. We can’t stop smiling when we walk out into our newly created patio space. We would highly recommend using this company for any outdoor project large or small. In fact even after completion of the work, and payment was made they have been willing to come out to do touch up work to assure everything looked exactly the way it should.
