Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"The roof above our laundromat contained a long row of dryer exhaust penetrations, several plumbing vents, and an older make-up air unit. Lint accumulated around the exhaust area, and the existing membrane had become discolored and brittle near several of the hottest penetrations. The remaining roof also showed open seams and compressed insulation along the maintenance path. The contractor evaluated the roof together with the exhaust-service company. Operating requirements were discussed before the installation schedule was finalized."
